Ever since I started making noodles from scratch, I have consistently make different variations on my own. I shall thank my circumstances – the inaccessibility of getting fresh noodles from the grocery stores first prompted me into making noodles. I was surprised that noodle-making is not as difficult as I perceived. Having said that, I am still impoverishing my skills and techniques to yield better and tastier noodles.
